  • We cure locally sourced belly pork in our own Taste of the Lakes recipe of herbs and spices – Garlic, Black Pepper, Juniper Berries, Nutmeg, Thyme and Bay Leaf. Then we gently smoke the pancetta over oak chippings for a full even flavour. Your Pancetta Lardons come in a 500g sealed pack ready to cook.
