This premium salmon is reared in the clear, fast flowing waters around Scotland. Each salmon is traditionally cured and then smoked with gently smouldering oak and after resting, the smoked fillet is sliced and trimmed by hand into thin slices which are easy to serve and are full of flavour, adding a touch of luxury to your plate. Ready to eat.
